We ask for read-only access and keep only mail from your child's school or the platforms it uses. Everything else is discarded and never stored.

Passwords in a sealed vault
Portal and app passwords are encrypted with per-record keys. Only the background worker can open them, only during a run, and every access is logged — you see the count in the app.

Delete means delete

ParentHub never invents. Every item links to the sentence it came from, and uncertain items are filed under "Please check".
No. ParentHub works on your side only, with your permission, read-only. Nothing is sent to the school and no school system is changed.
Anything the school has communicated: deadlines, payments, forms, trips, attendance, timetable changes. The assistant answers from your child's editions and attaches the source. It won't answer about other children or invent what the school hasn't said.
English, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, French and Filipino. The school writes in English; your edition and the WhatsApp assistant answer in your language, with the original attached.
You'll see a "reconnect" note in the next edition and in the app. Until then your edition continues from email only.
